Who We Treat
Thoughtful. Personal.
Private.
We provide individualized psychiatric care for adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, trauma-related concerns, and mental health changes during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and other significant life transitions.
Whether someone is seeking care for the first time, managing an ongoing condition, or looking for a different approach after previous treatment, care begins with understanding the individual behind the symptoms.

Measurement-Based Care
See Your Progress, Not Just Your Symptoms.
Meaningful improvement can happen gradually and may be difficult to recognize from memory alone. Brief, validated symptom measures provide another way to follow changes over time and support more informed conversations about treatment. These measures complement clinical evaluation and conversation; they do not replace them.
